Click here to register (Federal No Call List )
If a telemarketer violates No Call, fight back with this electronic complaint to investigators.
Charities and law enforcement type solicitations are exempt from No Call, but my advice is not to give over the phone.

I checked the website, and I found that my number doesn't eligible for the reward. :( I remembered that I received maybe dozens of calls from those free cruise telemarketers since years ago. Maybe those calls were coming from different companies. If I could track down the numbers and find out who's calling, I would sue them individually, like what I read at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payday-from-a-telemarketer/.
