Click here to register (Federal No Call List )
If a telemarketer violates No Call, fight back with this electronic complaint to investigators.
Charities and law enforcement type solicitations are exempt from No Call, but my advice is not to give over the phone.

I got dozens (if not hundreds) of them since years ago. The funny thing is, when I checked my number on the site, my number isn't eligible for the money. I think maybe the caller was a different company. If only I could track down the numbers, I would sue them individually like what I read at http://www.whycall.me/news/my-4500-payday-from-a-telemarketer/.
