When you try to warn consumers they are being ripped off, many of them get upset with you instead of the con artist.

Click here to register (Federal No Call List )
If a telemarketer violates No Call, fight back with this electronic complaint to investigators.
Charities and law enforcement type solicitations are exempt from No Call, but my advice is not to give over the phone.
If No Call doesn't work, here's how to sue telemarketers yourself.
