I hope someone at DATCP starts taking their mission seriously. I have reported a number of scams -- and talked directly with you a while back, too. Not only was nothing done to follow up on these out-of-town operations preying on locals, but I was told that I might be in danger by even reporting or publicizing the scammers in an effort to warn people. This is a very depressing situation. It's open season on the gullible.
Companies whose very business model involves high pressure tactics, anonymity and deception are rampant today. Meanwhile, most families have LESS money to spare. Who is going to protect them?
